Derek graduated from Michigan Tech in 1993. He spent the majority of his life here in the U.P. In his free time he enjoys a good book and taking his dogs out plowing.

Bre Dougherty

Bre is dedicated to ensuring you have a wonderful time renting from us. Having moved from Indiana 5 years ago to chase the snow. She enjoys snowboarding and mountain biking. 

Office Manager

Tom Keeley

Tom is the man running the books here at the office. In his free time you can catch him golfing on the green or with his buddies bowling.

Justin Hackman

Justin is knowledgeable in all things maintaining a home. He is a volunteer firefighter for Adams Township.

Scott Zenner

"Scottie" works alongside Justin to ensure all maintenance requests are handled with care. He enjoys playing football and was a standout player in Highschool.

Trash/Shovel Crew Lead

Chris McKellar

Chris collects your trash and shovels your walkways. He loves the quiet solitude of the outdoors and would always prefer to be outside. 

Plow Driver

Russ Martin

Russ spends his days keeping the parking lots clear of snow. He will always have a Diet Coke in hand a is not a fan of chicken.
