Payment

Use the resident login button to access your Bradway Enterprises Resident Center.

Payments are due on the 1st of the month. 

If payment is received after the close of the business day of the 5th, a late fee will be applied automatically to your account as per the lease agreement.

Sending an automatic bank check can take up to 10 days to process so plan accordingly. 

Should you need your login & password, contact us at Rentals@Houghtonforrent.com.  Please check your "All Mail" or "Spam" folder if you did not see the welcome email in your "Inbox".   Look for an email from managebuilding.com .

If there is an error with your tenant account information or you need help in some way, please contact us at Rentals@Houghtonforrent.com.

If you are making pre-payments and are a part of a group, please let us know.  We will need to adjust the way the payment is posted.

 

Maintenance 

The Resident Portal allows you to create maintenance requests as well as make payments on your account.  If it is an emergency, (fire, pipe bursting, no heat, lockout, etc.) You should call Derek at 906-370-4008. 

General maintenance calls or requests are handled Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.  Please refrain from calling after 9 p.m. for a non-emergency request.
