1115 College Avenue - Sleeps 10
With a large entryway, the first floor has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3/4 bathroom, 1 bedroom, and a combination living and dining area large enough for everyone to hang out together and play games or watch some Roku. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The hallways are wide with wood trim throughout. There is a ramp leading to the wrap-around porch so someone with a walker can easily get inside and have fun with everyone else.
Guest access
This property is just a 5-minute walk from MTU. No need to struggle to find a parking spot as long as you don't mind walking. Pearl St. Mall is closer still where you can find excellent Mexican (Rodeo's), Chinese (JJ's Wok & Grill), or Dominoes Pizza. Jim's Foodmart is also located next to the mall. If you prefer some town action, walk about 10 minutes or go for a super short drive and you will be downtown, Houghton.
There is a generously sized parking lot with plenty of parking for 5 cars. The parking is shared with the attached guest house (separate entrances).

Step inside this cozy one-bedroom bungalow to relax while within walking distance to Michigan Tech. Offering a full kitchen and a living room with a chaise couch chich can sleep two children or one additional adult. A natural gas fireplace in the living room to warm your toes after a long day of exploring. A full bathroom with a stackable washer/dryer.
The space
The Bungalow is a guesthouse attached via a breezeway to another vacation rental home. The house is 480 sq. ft. The bedroom has a double bed. The chaise couch folds down into a large single bed.
