Who is the Management of Bradway Enterprises?
Derek and Heather Bradway
We are Michigan Tech grads who have lived in this area since 1990. We enjoy working with people and love the Copper Country. We have three children, two golden doodles, and live peacefully in Dollar Bay.
This business started with a duplex that we rented as college students in 1992. We bought it a year later, and the rental business has slowly grown into what is seen today.
Derek is the property manager/developer and has been for over 25 years. He is the main contact person for maintenance issues, showings for the rentals, and meeting any other tenant needs.
Heather runs the office. A retired science teacher, who enjoys the slower pace of life and helping with the family business
There are two, on-call maintenance men, as well as other laborers who keep the properties maintained.
We work hard to keep things smooth for our tenants. This is a time of becoming independent for many young people with a lot of new housing experiences. We are here to help.
