Meet the management team:  Tom, a wiz with computers, runs the office and has over a decade of working with tenants under his belt.  Bre, the rental manager, assists tenants with everything from showings to logging into their tenant portals, and quickly communicates with tenants and assists with their needs. Derek primarily handles tenant maintenance calls and dispatches the company electrician, plumber/HVAC, or general maintenance personnel to quickly fix property issues or address other concerns.

There are two, on-call maintenance men, as well as other laborers who keep the properties maintained.

Our dedicated team works hard to keep things smooth for our tenants. We have decades of experience running properties and helping young people live peaceably.  This is a time of becoming independent for many young people with a lot of new housing experiences.  We are here to help.
