Each suite has its own private bath, food pantry (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, cabinets, and sink) bed, desk, chairs, clothing storage, and secure entry. Laundry is on-site. Bike storage. BONUS: sauna! University Suites boasts a gourmet sized kitchen, large enough to entertain and host your guests.
Furnished with free utilities (heat included electricity included, water included, plowed parking included, lawn care included, on-call maintenance included, cable TV included, and internet included).
What about a cat? You bet. There is a refundable pet deposit and a monthly pet rent, but you can bring your cat!  Sorry, not dogs or other pets at University Suites.
